I was at Superstar Car Wash i’m handicapped I have multiple sclerosis and I was trying to put air in the tires in my car and I couldn’t do it and all of a sudden a gentleman there named Rudy came over and filled my tires for me. I was so happy I was having such a hard time. I thought I was gonna fall over. I have to say what a lifesaver he was and there was also this really sweet girl there her name was Meg and she was out there sweeping up the rocks and picking up trash trying to make the place look nice. I just thought what a great attitude. i’ve been to a few different places to wash my truck and I have to say I’m gonna stick with this place. The people that were just so friendly and helpful. I’m handicapped and let me tell you that’s the kind of people I look for sometimes it’s hard in life and it’s nice to know that there’s somebody there that will help you out. this car wash is so unbelievable. They have air for your tires and they have all these bins full of towels so you can wipe your car off. I just can’t believe how nice it was. They have spray bottles full of window cleaner in case you need it. and there was another girl where you pay when you first get there she was so

Megan at superstar Cash Wash provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made for a great experience. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and values her customers. I highly recommend working with Megan and will definitely be returning because of the excellent service she provided.

I want to say thank you! During the time I had a subscription, I used the car wash probably once a week. It always did a great job. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the subscription. The MAIN reason for leaving this review is HOW EASY IT IS TO CANCEL online. No jumping through hoops! Literally 2 screens, one with discounted plans, then the next was cancel! That's all! Amazing! I applaud you for this excellent customer service!!!🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

I swung by tonight for a car wash and I just wanted to give a shout out to Rudy for being so kind and helpful. It had been a minute since I had come to this particular location and he went above and beyond taking care of me. I’ve always loved coming to this location and workers like Rudy make it top tier! ♥️

Paid extra for a clean car and for the scent tears just for my car to come out still dirty and destroyed middle console . Do not put their scent things off your shifter. I usually use the trees but thought id use theirs .how ever with 2 weeks of it being in my car it melted and destroyed my interior.
